Sona’s integration with HubSpot automatically imports your CRM Contact records into the platform so that it can be used for visitor identification and revenue attribution.
After creating the HubSpot integration connector, you can configure it to automatically create new Contact and Company records in HubSpot, as well as update existing records with enriched data from Sona.
Aside from updating HubSpot's default fields, Sona can enrich HubSpot objects with additional attributes.
If you want to sync new attributes from Sona into HubSpot's records, you'll need to create new custom properties in HubSpot first. Once this is done, you can set up the data mapping in the HubSpot connector.

Click the gear icon to go to the Settings page.
Click Properties under the Settings menu.
From the Select an object dropdown list select either Contact or Company properties, depending on which one you want to configure.
Click Create Property.
In the property editor, enter a unique name for the new property.
Change the object type if necessary. This automatically defaults to the object selected in step 3.
Select a property group that contains properties similar to the new custom property.
Add a brief description for the property.
Click Field Type in the left sidebar menu.
Select the appropriate field type from the drop-down list. To ensure correct data mapping, follow the suggested field types listed in the table in the next section.
Click Rules and make any changes if necessary.
Click Preview to see how the new property will look like.
Click Create.
