  • Conversion Action: Choose the specific action already created in Google Ads for attribution.

  • Use the Source dropdown to choose your Sona audience or report.

  • (Optional) Apply Filters to target specific behaviors, segments, or conversions.

  • Enable real-time processing for this destination (located under Field Mapping): Check this box if you want immediate data updates

    • When enabled, real-time processing will override the scheduled sync frequency

    • Ideal for time-sensitive workflows and immediate lead follow-up

For general destination configuration steps—such as selecting an audience, setting sync frequency, record matching, field mapping, and saving—follow the instructions in the Destination Setup guide.

Best Practices (optional)

  • Use clear naming like "Enterprise Demo Request – Google Upload"

  • Match on unique identifiers like email or phone for best results

  • Sync more frequently for high-volume or time-sensitive campaigns

  • Use filters to limit uploads to meaningful conversion events

  • Keep your Google Ads account conversion actions clean and standardized for easier mapping
