Accounts Lists
Updated over 4 months ago

The List feature allows you to manually build datasets that contain collections of identified and known accounts, regardless of their attributes.

Unlike audiences and reports, you do not need to specify filters first to group and save specific account profiles together in a list. Additionally, using filters to create an audience creates a dynamic grouping that gets updated in real-time whenever new profiles match your specified criteria. This means that these datasets will often include unnecessary or unwanted profiles, unless you spend a lot of time configuring multiple filters.

Lists are static groupings that only get updated after you manually add new profiles.

Creating a List

  1. Use the checkboxes to select profiles. You can add filters to narrow down the list of displayed profiles, but you still have to select the profiles manually to add them to a list.

  2. After selecting one or more profiles, click Create Accounts List.

  3. Enter a name for the new list, then click Create. You can also add the selected profiles to existing lists using the dropdown menu during this step.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Switch between different lists using the dropdown on the left under the Identification menu.
