Sona matches your website visitors with their respective accounts. If an account isn’t already in your CRM, Sona will create a new profile and find more people associated with the account, giving you a new stream of potential leads.
Click any name in the table to open an account's profile page and see an overview of the company’s details, visitor activity, and identified people .

Use the search bar to find accounts and companies with names that match your keywords.
Add Filters to identify accounts with specific attributes and narrow down the listed account profiles. Click Save Filter and the filtered view will appear on the left under All Companies.
Click the arrows beside the column name to sort data in ascending or descending order. Hover to the right of the sort arrows, then click the pin icon to bookmark the column to the leftmost side of the table.
Click an account name to view its profile page which lists company details, as well as activity data of both identified contacts and anonymous visitors associated with the account.
Click People on the top left to view contacts associated with different accounts.
Click the three dots on the upper right to show/hide columns, or download the current view as a CSV file.
After filtering the data, you can click Create Audience or Create Derived Report under Actions to create an auto-updating dataset with your specified filters (available with Growth and Enterprise packages).

The account profile page contains an overview of a company’s technographic and firmographic details, activity data, as well as all associated visitor and people profiles.
Click an account name to open its profile page.
Below the account’s primary info, you can click the LinkedIn icon to go to the company’s LinkedIn profile.
The Details section on the lower left shows the account’s additional background information and attribution data. The other tabs show additional aggregated activity data for all associated visitors.
The Activity section on the lower right lists the browsing sessions of anonymous and identified visitors associated with the account.
Click People to see a list of employees and key people associated with the account that Sona was able to identify using third-party data. These new contacts haven’t necessarily visited your website yet, but are affiliated with visiting accounts.
Click Reveal to fetch a person’s email address.
To enrich the account with more people, click the three dots on the upper right, then click Schedule Fetch. Wait a minute or two, then click Refresh to add new people to the list.
You can also save the listed profiles by clicking Create Audience under Actions.
People and Persona Matches
People and Persona Matches
Identify accounts with potential leads using persona matches.
Click General > Scoring > Persona, then specify attributes, such as job titles, locations and keywords that best fit your target customer.
Sona will research each account and find people that match your specified persona attributes.
Check the Persona Matches column to discover new accounts that you can target for further prospecting and enrichment. You can also add a filter to hide accounts with no matches for easier identification.
The Location Matches column shows the number of employees associated with an account that match the tracked website visitor’s geolocation data, and does not reference the attributes added in the Person Locations persona configuration.
Click People to see all employees and people associated with different accounts. You can also open an account’s profile page to see all visitors and people for that account.
Click Reveal to fetch a person’s email address from a third-party provider.

With Growth and Enterprise packages, you can automatically sync Sona Audience datasets to other platforms using Destinations. When a new visitor fits the parameters of your Audience datasets, the data can be automatically updated in your CRM records, mailing lists, and other systems to seamlessly integrate it into your workflow.
