The Contact Journey settings page is where specific URL parameters, such as UTM values, are filtered from the URL query string, defined as an attribute, and assigned labels.
The Contact Journey attributes are used as metrics to help identify touchpoints and milestones when constructing the Path to Conversion of tracked visitors. The additional data points also help you gain more insight into buyer journeys and channel performance when viewing or analyzing Sona profile data and system reports.
