CRM Contacts
Updated over 4 months ago

All contact profiles imported from your CRM are listed in this page. When a web visitor’s identity matches with a known CRM contact, Sona will append their page activity, identification and attribution data to the existing contact profile.

The data in this section provides insights into how existing contacts respond to your campaigns and their path to conversion. Sona also uses this profile data to automatically generate attribution model datasets that assign fractional revenue and touch credit.

Navigating the UI

  1. Use the search bar to find specific data.

  2. Click Filters to identify contacts with specific attributes and narrow down the listed profiles.

  3. Click Save Filter and the filtered view will appear on the left under All Contacts, allowing you to easily switch between different filtered views.

  4. Click the arrows beside the column name to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

  5. Hover to the right of the sort arrows, then click the pin icon to bookmark the column to the left.

  6. Click a contact’s email address to view their profile and activity data.

  7. After filtering the data, you can also click Create Derived Report under Actions to create an auto-updating dataset with your specified filters (available with Growth and Enterprise packages).
