Account Profiles

The account profile page contains an overview of a company’s technographic and firmographic details, activity data, as well as all associated visitor and people profiles.

1. Click an account name to open its profile page.

Here, you can see multiple tabs below the company details. Here's what each of the tabs does:

Activity

Summarizes an account's engagement, showing activity scores, intent signals, and buying stage to track their interest. A timeline graph highlights engagement trends, while key actions like page visits or downloads indicate intent. This helps prioritize outreach and tailor strategies based on the account’s interaction level.

Intent Signals

Provides insights into a company's level of interest in your products or services. It analyzes online activities such as website visits, content downloads, and demo requests to identify signals indicating a strong purchase intent. Higher numbers generally correlate with a greater likelihood of making a purchase.

Buying Stage

Provides insights into the company's current stage in the buying journey. It analyzes various signals or indicators to determine where they are in the process of making a purchase decision.

ICP Score

Provides a comprehensive assessment of how well this company aligns with your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The ICP Score provides an overall fit percentage. Additionally, you can see which specific company attributes and intent signals match your ideal customer criteria. This information allows you to prioritize your sales efforts and focus on the companies most likely to convert into successful customers.

Website Visitors

Provides valuable insights into website traffic, specifically focusing on unique visitors and their geographic locations. By analyzing this data, you can understand where your website traffic is originating from, which can help you tailor your marketing efforts to specific regions or target audiences. This information can be used to optimize your website content and improve your overall online presence.

Top Pages

Highlights the most frequently visited pages on your website by the target company. By understanding which pages are generating the most interest, you can gain valuable insights into their current needs and priorities. This information can be used to tailor your sales approach and messaging to address their specific concerns and guide them further down the sales funnel.

Tags

Allows you to categorize companies using custom tags. Tags can be used to segment your audience, identify specific market segments, and track the performance of your sales and marketing efforts within different groups. This information can help you refine your targeting strategies and improve your overall sales effectiveness.

2. Click People to see a list of employees and key people associated with the account that Sona was able to identify using third-party data. These new contacts haven’t necessarily visited your website yet, but are affiliated with visiting accounts.

3. Click Reveal to fetch a person’s email address.

4. To enrich the account with more people, click the three dots on the upper right, then click Schedule Fetch. Wait a minute or two, then click Refresh to add new people to the list.

5. You can also save the listed people by clicking Create Audience under Actions.
