Drill down charts

The Sona drill-down charts and dashboards are a special kind of tables that allow users to dig deeper into data for more granular insights.

This table starts at the broadest level, usually either channel/subchannel or campaign. From this level, the user can click to select the relevant value (ex: a specific campaign) to see how its underlying entities contribute to its performance (ex: ad groups). If a value is highlighted, this means that value can be “drilled down” to another lower, more granular level.

Additionally, the user would be able to do the following on these charts:

  • Select a time period from the drop down selector

  • Change the aggregation type based on the time period (aggregated, year, month, week)

  • Apply filters to see segments of data

  • Pin columns to have them freeze to the far left side of the table
