Help Settings enables users to associate help articles with specific pages within the platform. This functionality ensures that relevant support content is displayed to users based on the page they are accessing.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to Help Settings

    • Open the Help Settings section from the platform menu.

  2. Add a New Help Article

    • Click the Add Row button to create a new help article assignment.

  3. Fill in the Required Details:

    • Page URL – Enter the URL of the page where the help article should appear.

    • Article ID – Provide the unique identifier for the help article you want to assign.

    • Package – Select the applicable package (e.g., Free, Starter, Growth) to define which users can view the article.

  4. Save the Assignment

    • Once all fields are filled out, click Save to complete the process. The help article
