Overview
Sona's Organizations table gives you an overview of the organizations in your account. As a user without admin access, you have view-only access to this table, and no changes can be made. If you have the appropriate permissions, you can use checkboxes to select rows for editing or deletion.
Table overview
Each row in the table is one organization, with these columns:
Name: the name of the organization.
Package: the subscription package associated with the organization, such as Free, Starter, or Growth.
Trial Days: the number of days left in the organization's trial period.
Trial Started Date: the start date of the trial period for the organization.
Tracking Installed: whether the tracking script has been installed for the organization.
HubSpot App: whether the HubSpot app is connected to the organization.
CNAME: the CNAME, canonical name, associated with the organization.
Tracking Template CNAME: the CNAME used in the tracking template.
Main Website: the main website associated with the organization.
CNAME Validated: whether the CNAME has been validated for the organization.
MAR: the marketing attribution report associated with the organization.
Sources Included: the sources included in the organization's package.
Event Quota: the event quota allocated for the organization.
Credits: the total credits available to the organization.
Trial Credits: the credits available during the trial period for the organization.
Onboardings: the number of onboardings completed for the organization.
UUID: the unique identifier for the organization.
ID: the organization's unique system identifier.
How to use the Organizations table
View Organizational Data: review important information about each organization in your account.
Check Trial and Credits: track trial days, trial credits, and total credits to understand the current status of the organization's subscription.
Verify Tracking Setup: use the Tracking Installed and CNAME Validated columns to confirm the status of tracking integration for the organization.
Select Rows for Editing or Deletion: on the left side of each row is a checkbox. Check this box to select the row for editing or deletion, provided you have the necessary permissions.
Note: as a non-admin user, you may not have the ability to edit or delete entries. If you cannot modify the data, contact an admin for assistance. If you need further details about an organization, reach out to your admin team.
