The Activity Name field allows you to specify the name of the sales activity you are tracking.
Enter a descriptive and easily identifiable name for the activity (e.g., "Initial Contact" or "Follow-Up Email").

The Report section helps you link the sales activity to relevant data. It includes two dropdowns:
Select Report Type: Choose the type of report you want to associate with the activity (e.g., "Engagement" or "Conversion").
Select Report: After selecting a report type, use this dropdown to specify the particular report for detailed insights.

The UTM Source section allows you to define tracking parameters for the activity. This section includes:
Prefix: Enter the UTM prefix for identifying the source (e.g., "utm_campaign").
Type: Choose the type of UTM parameter, such as "Source" or "Medium."
Subtype: Select a subtype for further categorization (e.g., "Email" or "Paid Ad").
