The Sales Activity Section helps you define, organize, and track activities tied to sales processes and outcomes. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough of each field to ensure accurate configuration.

Activity Name

The Activity Name field allows you to specify the name of the sales activity you are tracking.

  • Enter a descriptive and easily identifiable name for the activity (e.g., "Initial Contact" or "Follow-Up Email").

Report

The Report section helps you link the sales activity to relevant data. It includes two dropdowns:

  • Select Report Type: Choose the type of report you want to associate with the activity (e.g., "Engagement" or "Conversion").

  • Select Report: After selecting a report type, use this dropdown to specify the particular report for detailed insights.

UTM Source

The UTM Source section allows you to define tracking parameters for the activity. This section includes:

  • Prefix: Enter the UTM prefix for identifying the source (e.g., "utm_campaign").

  • Type: Choose the type of UTM parameter, such as "Source" or "Medium."

  • Subtype: Select a subtype for further categorization (e.g., "Email" or "Paid Ad").

Timezone

The Timezone dropdown ensures that all activity data aligns with your preferred time zone.

  • Select the relevant time zone for accurate time-stamped reporting.

Mapping

The Mapping section helps you associate sales activity data with user attributes.

  • Identify Mapping: This subsection includes two fields:

    1. Profile Attribute: Enter the attribute from the user profile (e.g., "Email" or "User ID").

    2. Column: Specify the corresponding column in your data source.

  • This mapping ensures that data is correctly linked to user profiles for comprehensive analysis.
