A Content Security Policy (CSP) keeps your website safe from malicious attacks brought about by third-party scripts, but this also means that CSPs can block the Sona tracking script from running.

To avoid technical problems and improve data collection, we recommend setting up a Custom Tracking Domain or CNAME through your domain name or DNS provider to present the tracking script as first-party.

If you're still running into issues you can whitelist the tracking domain in your CSP. You can also ask your web developer to reconfigure your CSP to work with Sona.
