The JavaScript snippets shown in the Tracking Pixel page are unique to your Sona account and can be immediately installed without any additional configurations.
However, we strongly recommend configuring a CNAME or Custom Tracking Domain through your domain name or DNS provider to 1) ensure the script isn't blocked and 2) improve the quality of data collection.
When you add your own CNAME in the Tracking Pixel settings, the code snippet will be automatically updated to replace the default t.sonalabs.com domain with the one you entered in the CNAME field.
If the snippet still has the default Sona domain, there are cases where ad blockers, browsers, and even your own Content Security Policy can prevent the script from running.
