Sona provides a simple, easy-to-use, and extremely light SDK (2 KBs) that can be added to your website or app to start de-anonymizing traffic and track customer journeys.
Decide whether to capture data for anonymous or identified users, then click Copy to Clipboard.
For pages that require users to log in, use the tracking script for Identified Users. For the home page and other landing pages that can be viewed by the general public, use the tracking script for Anonymous Users instead.
A page can only have one script installed at a time, but different pages within a site can use either of the two tracking scripts.
Paste the tracking script in between the <head> tags of the page’s HTML code.
You can also install the tracking script using Google Tag Manager, but ad blockers can prevent the tracker from loading using this method.
To improve tracking effectiveness, set up a Custom Tracking Domain (CNAME).
