Choose and add new attributes for your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) in the Scoring page. When visitors match with more ICP attributes, their visitor profile, as well as their associated account’s profile, is assigned a higher ICP Fit Score. It is one of many metrics you can use to identify high-priority leads and accounts.
The ICP Fit Score also provides an additional data point you can use when viewing, filtering, and analyzing datasets.
The Scoring page also contains the Persona configuration page.
