Overview
The Watched Entities tab lets you monitor only the brands and organizations you've chosen to track in your AI responses. It's a focused view built from the entities you add, so you can keep an eye on specific competitors or brands without scrolling through everything Sona detects.
Viewing Watched Entity Rankings
The entity table displays the brands detected in your AI visibility results and provides key visibility metrics for each one.
Each entity includes:
Entity: The brand or organization detected in AI responses.
Visibility: The percentage of AI responses where the entity appears.
Position: The entity's average position in AI responses.
SOV: Share of Voice, showing the entity's share of visibility compared with other entities.
Sentiment: The sentiment associated with the entity's mentions.
Actions: Options to edit or stop watching an entity.
You can click the column headers to sort the results by different metrics.

You can also click Unwatch in the Actions column to remove an entity from your watched list.

Why Add Aliases and Domains?
Adding alternative names and additional domains helps Sona recognize different ways an entity may appear in AI responses.
For example, a company may be mentioned by its brand name, product name, or through a different domain. Adding these variations helps keep related mentions associated with the same entity.
Managing Entities
You can edit an entity from the Actions column by clicking Edit. This allows you to update its information, such as its name, URL, aliases, or domains.
If you no longer want to track an entity, click Unwatch to remove it from the Watched Entities view while keeping the entity's existing data.
