This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of integrating Meta Ads by Sona with HubSpot. By connecting Sona to HubSpot, you can seamlessly track ad performance, capture valuable insights, and enrich HubSpot with data to fuel automated workflows. Separately, on the Sona platform, you'll set up a connector to ingest campaign cost data from Meta Ads. Once configured, Sona will process website tracking, campaign costs, and CRM data—unlocking powerful insights for data activation and optimization.
Steps to Connect Meta Ads by Sona to HubSpot
Click Connect in the left panel under HubSpot.
You will be redirected to HubSpot where you can authorize the integration with SSO.
Select your HubSpot (admin) account, then click Choose Account.
Click Connect App and done.
And that’s it! Sona has been connected to Hubspot.
NOTE: To sync your Meta Ads data (including campaign insights) back to HubSpot, you can manage the integration by clicking Connectors in HubSpot’s sidebar menu and going to the Meta Ads Connector.
