Managing individual profiles and enriching them with detailed contact information, such as email addresses and LinkedIn URLs, is an essential process for targeted outreach and data management. This guide explains how to use the platform’s People Lists feature to upload a list of individuals and enhance the data with additional attributes.

Once logged in, navigate to the People Lists section under the People menu on the left-sidebar.
Here, you’ll see a table displaying previously uploaded people lists. Each row includes the following information:
Name: A description of the filter applied or name of the list.
Source ID: A unique identifier for the upload.
Source Type: Indicating the type of data, such as
people_profile
.Status: Showing whether the upload is completed, in progress, or has errors.
Additional Details: Other attributes, such as the date of upload, sync frequency, and more, are also displayed depending on the setup.
To upload a new people list, click the Upload People List CSV button at the center top of the table.

You’ll be redirected to a configuration page where you need to map and set up your data:
Name Field: Assign a meaningful name to your list to easily identify it later.
Header Row Number: Specify the row in your uploaded CSV file that contains the headers for your data. This ensures the platform knows how to interpret your columns.
Column Source: Select the columns from your uploaded file that match specific data points, like names and email addresses.
Column Destination: Map these fields to the corresponding attributes within the platform.

After saving your upload, you’ll be redirected back to the People lists.
The newly uploaded list will appear in the table, showing:
The Name of your people list.
A unique Source ID generated by the system.
The Source Type, which is typically labeled as
people_profile
.The Status, indicating whether the upload was successfully completed (e.g., “In Progress”).
The number of Records processed.
To view the uploaded domains, click the name of the configured account list.

Ensure Clean Data: Before uploading, double-check your CSV file for formatting issues or missing information.
Accurate Header Mapping: Ensure you correctly map columns to avoid mismatches during the enrichment process.
Monitor Status: Use the "Status" column to track the progress of your uploads and address any errors that may arise.
