The Manage Workflows section is your control center for all active workflows currently running in your account. This is where you can view, monitor, and control the AI-powered workflows that have been deployed and are actively processing your data. This guide will help you effectively manage these running automations and optimize their performance.
When to Use This
When to Use This
Use Manage Workflows when you need to:
- Monitor all active workflows currently running in your account
- Start, stop, or pause specific workflows that are active in your account
- Troubleshoot workflows that are experiencing issues
How Manage Workflows Works
How Manage Workflows Works
Manage Workflows displays all the AI-powered automations that are currently active and running in your account. These are workflows that have been selected and deployed into your account.
Here's how the system operates:
- Active Workflow Dashboard: Shows all workflows currently deployed and running in your account (e.g. Automated Company Research, Automated Contact Research, etc.)
- Real-Time Monitoring: Each active workflow displays live performance metrics, execution status, and operational data
- Execution Control: You can pause, resume, or stop these running workflows directly from this dashboard
- Performance Tracking: Monitor success rates, total runs, and recent execution results for each active workflow
- Workflow Integration: These running workflows automatically feed their results and execution data to the Data Activation > Workflows section for comprehensive reporting
This system gives you complete visibility and control over the AI automations actively processing your data, transforming your attribution information into actionable business outcomes.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Accessing Your Workflow Dashboard
Step 1: Accessing Your Workflow Dashboard
- Navigate to Manage Workflows - From the left sidebar, click on "Manage Workflows" under the Workflows section
 - You'll see all workflows currently active and running in your account displayed in a comprehensive table

- Understanding the Active Workflow Display - Each running workflow shows real-time operational information: - Name: The workflow title (e.g., "LinkedIn Profile Enhancer")
- Last Execution Status: Most recent run result (Success, Error, etc.)
- Success Rate: Percentage of successful executions over time
- Total Runs: Number of times the workflow has been executed
- Date: When the workflow was created or last modified
- Last Updated: Most recent activity timestamp
- On/Off Toggle: Control switch to enable or disable the workflow

Step 2: Managing Individual Workflows
Step 2: Managing Individual Workflows
- Monitor Workflow Performance - Review Success Rate to identify which active workflows are performing well
- Check Total Runs to see execution frequency for each running workflow
- Watch Last Execution Status to catch any issues with running automations

- Control Active Workflow Operations - Use the On/Off toggle to pause or resume specific running workflows
- Paused workflows stop processing but remain in your account for quick reactivation
- This is essential for managing resource usage and troubleshooting

- Access Running Workflow Details - Click on any active workflow name to view its operational structure
- See the live configuration and current processing status
- Monitor how your active AI agents are handling data

Step 3: Searching and Filtering Active Workflows
Step 3: Searching and Filtering Active Workflows
- Search for Specific Workflows - Use the "Search workflows" box to locate specific active workflows
 - Essential when managing multiple active automations

- Filter by Status - Use the "Filter by status" dropdown to show only active, inactive, or error workflows
 - Focus on workflows needing immediate attention

- Filter by Date - Click "Filter by date" to view workflows by when they were activated
 - Helpful for reviewing recently deployed automations

Key Concepts / Best Practices
Key Concepts / Best Practices
Active Workflow Management
- Regular Monitoring: Check your active workflows daily to ensure smooth operations
- Performance Optimization: Pause underperforming workflows to investigate issues
- Resource Management: Balance the number of concurrent active workflows based on your data processing needs
- Status Awareness: Remember that these active workflows feed data to your Data Activation > Workflows reporting section
Operational Best Practices
- Proactive Monitoring: Address workflow errors immediately to maintain data flow
- Pausing: Temporarily pause workflows during system maintenance or data updates
- Workflow Success: Monitor completion rates and refine processes to improve results
